京都文化会議2026（以下「甲」）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、
全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進致します。
Kyoto Culture Conference 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”) has established the following Privacy Policy and is committed to protecting personal information by implementing appropriate systems for personal information management and ensuring that all personnel understand the importance of protecting personal information and
comply with the practices set forth herein.
・個人情報の管理 / Management of Personal Information
甲は、お客さまの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、
セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ
安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
The Conference takes appropriate measures to keep personal information accurate and up to date and to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
To this end, the Conference implements necessary security measures, including the maintenance of security systems, the establishment of appropriate information management procedures, and the provision of relevant training to personnel, and manages personal information with due care.
・個人情報の利用目的 / Purpose of Use of Personal Information
お客さまからお預かりした個人情報は、甲からのご連絡や業務のご案内やご質問に対する回答として、
電子メールや資料のご送付に利用いたします。
Personal information provided to the Conference will be used for purposes such as contacting you, providing information about the Conference and its activities, responding to inquiries, and sending relevant materials by email or other means.
・個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止 / Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
甲は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
-お客さまの同意がある場合
-お客さまが希望されるサービスを行なうために甲が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合
-法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合
The Conference appropriately manages personal information provided by you and will not disclose or provide such information to any third party except in the following circumstances:
-When you have given your consent
-When disclosure is necessary to a contractor or service provider engaged by the Conference in order to provide services requested
-When disclosure is required by applicable laws or regulations.
・個人情報の安全対策 / Security Measures for Personal Information
甲は、個人情報の正確性及び安全性確保のために、セキュリティに万全の対策を講じています。
The Conference takes appropriate security measures to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information and to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, leakage, and other risks.
・ご本人の照会 / Requests for Access, Correction, or Deletion
お客さまがご本人の個人情報の照会・修正・削除などをご希望される場合には、ご本人であることを確認の上、対応させていただきます。
If you wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by the Conference, we will respond to your request after verifying your identity.
・法令、規範の遵守と見直し / Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Review of this Policy
甲は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに
本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。
The Conference complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Japan, as well as other relevant rules and standards concerning the personal information it holds.
The Conference will review this Privacy Policy as appropriate and make improvements where necessary.
